Any ideas as to what this is???? pic

It looks like rust coloring along the veins in the leaf. Sorry for the crappy pic, I'll get another when they wake up.

Looks like the beginnings of a deficiency of some sort. Probably from over watering and too much nutes in soil. Try flushing out the soil medium with water that is pH 6-6.5 and then let them dry until the pot is light. Then water with water again, and allow pot to dry out again, then give them a half strength feed.
