Any household items good for flushing befor harvest?

Is there anything I may have around the house that would be good to flush my plants with before harvest. I normally flush them at harvest with some flora-shield the hydroshop chick recommends but I am out and don't want to go across town to get some?

start watering plain ph water 10 days before harvest.

Im doing hydro so don't I need to start flushing just a few days before?

Not trying to second guess you, thats just what i read before on this site.

i just flushed with plain water for a week.

i flush with properly pH'ed water and some kind of rinse (G.H. FloraKleen) for about a week. not sure if anything around the house will do the trick or not but at least flush with plan (properly pH'ed) water.
