I have been looking all over and the results are different. Some say indica, some say sativa and others say hybrids. This is what im looking for, something that isnt a couchlock. I dont get anxiety at home unless there are other people there. I get it when Im at work, school, or out with friends or with a girl but mainly at school and out with friends. I do live in a state that has medical marijuana so I can get my card if needed.

Anxiety normally needs 65-80%Sativa,I would say you should start there in a Indica .You might need to experiment a little to pin point your own needs.Or try edibles which should help a lot.Good luck
You might like our Glycerin Tincture.:hump:

In my experience, people with anxiety benefit from INDICA-dominant strains, which have a more calming effect. And many don't like Sativa strains at all because the effects add to their tension.

Have you talked to your doctor about this? I ask because I've been on a few different anti-anxiety medications over the past years that either didn't work or produced side effects. I'm wondering what process you'd go through to decide upon medical marijuana with your doctor. I like the fact that it's natural and doesn't mean taking a bunch of chemicals and crap to treat anxiety and panic attacks. The only issue I'm worried about is being forced to try more drugs that don't work/ cause side effects.

I tell you what. I feel you guys pain! I have even posted a thread about it on here. I was told strawberry cough was the best for anti anxiety. And as for the pills not working I have tried over 6 different kinds and NONE of them have ever worked for me and the side affects have left me in more pain than I was in before.. The only other pill I have ever wanted to give a shot was xanax but go figure my dr will not give them to me and I cant not figure out why.Well.......... he said they are additive but fuck I dont even take the pain killers he gives me(when needed) unless I am in really really really really bad pain. I just pray to god one day I can find a legal way to take away my pain of this god forsaken shit that I have. GL my friends

can you just harvest a sativa dominate plant a lil later cuz thats what i got growing and about to be harvested and my stress and anxiety is getting really really bad (i literally just beat the shit out of my doorframe until my hands where numb and/or tingling). Funny thing is i found this thread while looking for anti-anxiety medication without side effects so if youknow anything about that please let me know because this shit is getting really out of hand and i can only work out so much of this stress out at the gym at a time u know. btw ive been on paxil n cymbalta n both made me feel trapped in myself and really bad cases of liquor dick without the intoxication so yeah any help on iether would be greatly appreciated (send me a pm if u want)

i took buspar for awhile for my anxiety (vomitted every morning, couldn't sleep, etc...) but it typically left more loopy than if i just ripped my bong all morning. so i just stopped using the pills and upped my thc intake. played a beneficial part in me getting my license! that and chronic shoulder pain.

really strong sativa strains i personally like, cause it helps me be a little bit more energetic and productive. but i definitely recommend having a nice sativa/indica blend for more of an anti-anxiety effect. too strong of indica will prob leave you couch-locked. which will prob just make you more anti-social that relieve your anxiety issues.

if you do get your license, the caregivers/dispensaries are typically great about being able to find a strain that helps you out.

if none of that helps, check this dude's thread out:

on PCFRM.org it recommends cannabis tea for anxiety.super easy to make and most dispensaries in NorCal should carry it.
