Just use 1 inch rock wool soaked. Cleaned of the glue because it’s high pH. Soak in ph water 6pH. then shake the cube down one time to drain some Excess water off , cut shoot at angle dip in clonex (less is more or but I abandoned clonex in favour of simple flowering nutrients. Works just as well and much cheaper) ....and insert into rock wool , but NOT in the pre made hole, push the stem through the solid part to ensure good contact , spray with water and leave in propagator for like 7 to 14days open vent slightly after a Week. 20c 24/7 light . T5 low wattage..... With zero loses most times. It’s really easy tbh. Keep an eye on moisture off the cubes but rarely have to do anything at all. They just root. Good luck. Wish I had this guide when I started lol. Simple stuff to be honest. I use the trays the cubes come in cut to size of propagator.

I did a write-up with photos on how I clone, I have had 100% success so far. I just use potting soil, cuttings, solo cup and water.

How I Clone

I have seen some people posting about issues with clones. I use simple steps, here is how I take clones and so far I have had great success. Maybe this will give people some ideas: -Make proper drainage holes in the bottom of the container, I use solo cups poking holes with a thumb tack...
