Difficult to speculate on what hes using for gain. So many pedals out there. May just be the amp/pickups. Nice smooth tone for a strat tho. I hear a leslie rotary speaker effect at 4:43 tho.. sounds like the pedal I have, a Neo Mini Vent. Cool effect like SRV used to use (but he used a real leslie speaker).

Stevie Ray Vaughan’s Personal Ibanez Tube Screamer TS-808

Stevie Ray Vaughan’s Personal Ibanez Tube Screamer! Cesar Diaz (SRV’s guitar tech) sold two of Vaughan’s Tube Screamers after he passed and this is one of them. We have two letters of authentication. One is from the direct purchaser from Cesar, and the other is from Ed Mathews (owner of Eddie Vegas Guitars) who purchased it from him. This pedal is a huge beacon of American music history and we would love to see it fall into the right hands! We will also include a store appraisal from the store owner who toured with Stevie. This Tube Screamer is the reason they are so popular today!

i seen that a week or so ago.. i cant even express how badly i want that pedal. can you spot me 11k dude?

i like les pauls.. had a 58 reissue but the neck got cracked by an angry lady. they are too heavy though in my opinion, i do LOVE my es-335 though. but my first guitar ever was a strat that i still got.. so ive been playing em since

When I was a teenager, I got to see SRV live in June 1990, he died in the helicopter crash that August...he was amazing.
I started playing guitar and wanted a Les Paul because of Jimmy Page.
