Ants and aphids help plz

I got aphids and ants can someone suggest a few metheds for getting rid of both I really need some help

for the ants put some cinnamon powder on your soild then a inch of sand over the whole pot then water it

so the ants are cultivating the aphids to produce the honeydew they secrete. but getting rid of them is a bitch u need to use chemicals, sticky pads, predatory animals, neem oil, you have to drench the roots cause there can be root aphids.... Ive been fighting them the last week and they are harsh if you are outdoor I would def use ladybugs indoor Im not sure. I havent made the rash decission to release a 100 flying insects into my house yet but who knows in another week.

you can get nematodes to eat the ants and aphids.
