AN's Big Bud

I picked up a bottle of the AN Big Bud (liquid) at the local hydro store. I understand the concentration I want to use, but how often should i use it? Every watering (which is every other day)? Every other watering and use molasses on the off days? I'm starting week 3 of 12/12, if that matters.
