Another way to LST

Hi, I think I'm doing a LST just using lights position, is it possible?
I've put my lamps in the side of the plant(giving just a little light int he top).
How to know if it's working? It's about a week and I'm seeing a lot of nwe growth.
Is this new growth a response from the LST?

LST = low stress training.

By positioning your lights different where is the stress factor?

All that will happen is your plants will grow towards the light.

LST is performed by either tying your plants leader shoots down to the plant pot rim or by using string and fishing weights etc to pull the branches down.

Well it is by definition a form of low stress training so yea I guess you kind did find a new way to LST.
Light position can be used to train a plant to catch up with the rest of the plant, it's not really stress but it is training. You'll know it's working when the plant's lower side starts to outgrow the rest of the plant in terms of daily growth.

Thanks, I`m think this is working, cause I`m seeing new growth from every nodes. Also some pair of preflowers; and this is growing faster than the top.

I don`t know if it`s stress, but i think that don`t giving light to the top can 'stress' the plant, dont?
Also, I've made a little bend so the new growth takes more light, but the fan leaes are getting light just in the bottom side, is this a problem?
