If you are basing your corelation with VI as a referance to my character, I must discount any validity that may lie within that puss filled conection. I on the otherhand am only asking for a backup to that over egoed evaluation of your self. Hot and Sexy MILF. Oh Milf, I love your avatars and enjoy you logic. You are well researched and well written. Many people here have very little, if any, understanding of economics and politics. And most things that are political are actually rooted in economics. You understand this point of course, which is lost on the others. Understanding the economics-politics see-saw is really what distinguishes the candidates in the race 2008. Frankly, the economic-politic play seems above the comprehension of Obahma. Or else he is preaching to the uninformed, hoping the masses do not understand the connection between the two.

When I think about this issue, because I am an old buzzard you are a young hummingbird, it reminds me of the campaign of Jimmy Carter. Jimmy was a nice guy. Perhaps the most intelligent president ever elected. He was a nuclear scientist for Gawd-sakes. But his economics was just plain stupid. He preached to the masses and then sent the country into a recession. So don't be discouraged.

What happened with Jimmy Carter's presidential campaign is what SHOULD have happened with Ron Paul- and would have if he was given a fair shake.

Ty. Mockingbird- nearly everything in politics is from a worse deeper economic problem. The military/industrial/congressional complex runs almost everything now. When war is making a profit of 100 billion dollars PLUS each YEAR- you better believe we are going to see more of it... LOL.. I know what you're saying mockingbird- a lot of people think we're over there for oil, some fools still think we're there for "freedom"- we're there because we've gotta show our big guns to try and get them to accept our worthless dollar for the oil our country so desperately depends on. That's it, plain and simple- our dollar is WORTHLESS, and no one wants to take it anymore.(There is no gold in Ft. Knox, the citizens of this country have been RoBbEd, and no one cares) We have bases all over the country to flaunt our power and remind them "why" they "need" to take our money. People really need to read up- the clear reasons for all our wars are right under our noses- along with the ties and actual reasons for the direction of EvErY policy, bill, and law passed in this country.

You see Milf, I agree with this totally. We're not that far apart on general theory, It's the candidates where we have our differences. So tell me where has the gold gone. I remember a few years back the press wanted an accounting of the gold and they let one camera man in to shoot one vault. It was stacked to the ceiling with gold bars, but that was only one room. Who took the gold. Here is a theory, see if it works for you. The reason they've let the dollar slide world wide is because it needed de-valuation to be on par with world currency. That way, less affluent countries can trade with the US and even buy US goods. Now if the dollar remains equal in buying power here, could that be a good thing? I realize that in the oil market it is a really bad thing for us, 4.00-6.00 a gallon gas is not out of the question. BTW, I do not want to fight with you, and yes you are smarter than the average bear. Neither one of us knows it all though.
