Another problem

I’ll ask my question first so you don’t have to read if you dont want to lol
Pollon got into my tent from the grow next to it. The plants are not hermied but are growiMg seeds. If I wet them and pick all the seeds off will the seeding process stop? They are already In Week 6 of flower and have three more to go

This has been one hell of a grow. So the other day I realized one of my autos in my closet grow had hermied so I destroyed her. She was the last in the closet so wasn’t to worried. Today I noticed two of my photos are producing seeds. Not naners or male parts just have been pollinated. I sprayed them down with water and am hoping they don’t produce any more. I picked off the growing seeds.

Too late. Once the plant is producing seeds it stops producing resins. Growing seeds is not the end of the world but you can pretty much forget about yields for this run. The bright side is you’ll have a supply of fresh beans for subsequent grows. Seeded bud only sucks one time. At least now you will be extra careful to remove the boys early; before they pop off. You’ll probably have beans for years, hopefully it was a strain(s) you liked.

Yep, once is pollinated, its pollenated. I would wet her and everything else if possible to prevent further pollenation, and add pre-filters and procedures to prevent this happening in the future.

Id just be sure to give the plant enough time to allow the seeds to mature (3-4weeks from pollination) before pulling her. Your yield will be less, but you'll still end up with smokeable buds. The bud won't be absolute garbage solely because of the seeds, they just won't be the best you've ever had either, and you'll have to pick seeds out.

Sucks, but not an absolute waste either so long as you finish up strong
