really? its not THAT old... 8 weeks maybe, recovered from serious malnutrition and lack of proper light

no way you can tell from that pic... if it's a stalk with a ball on the end then male, teardrop with hairs coming out is female. Leaves sticking out, and it's just new growth. This all assumes the organs are large enough to tell (try a magnifying glass if you are having trouble seeing).
