You can google the news if ya want..

Weird though.. usually these announcements happen after the market closes on Friday.. I hope there's no panic tomorrow of people who "don't wanna be the last people to be able to get their money"..

Also.. the timing seems as though it will pressure Congress to pass the bailout..

does that mean if i have wamu credit card or loan i don'thave to pay it back?

oh no. youll have to pay it (my mom asked me the same thing when i was telling her weeks ago wamu was the next to go..) someone else will buy the debt, prolly jpmorgan (chase).. youll end up owing someone when the dusk is settled..
