Another Energy Bill Question

I need to know how much my light is costing to run a month cuz i just got my energy bill and it was 460 pounds for the past 4 months which is ridiculous... I'm only running a 400 watt light with a couple small fans 18 hours a day. The price per unit (which i think is the same as KwH oustide of the UK) is 10-15p (20-30 cents US, outrageous i know..). If anyone can tell me i would be muy grateful, i failed math in highschool so i'm useless...haha

holy crap 20-30cents a kwh that is double or triple what most people here pay. At those prices how could you ever keep your bill under that price. Buy a windmill.
