There is another thread here with similar pictures. From pics like this it is really, really hard to tell how far along they are. A short that includes the whole plant, and much of the main cola or budding site is better. Based on what you have shown us, Id agree that you have another week, maybe two weeks.
In any case, this is the criteria I use for my plants (except in the case of a pure sativa or a cross that leans very heavily towards being a sative).
1) Pistils have stopped growing, and have shrunk/retracted back into the calyxes.
2) Buds appear to be "filled out", with no gaps.
3) When squeezed gently, the buds are hard (think golfball).
4) leaves have begun yellowing and turning purple
5) For most indica and indica dom crosses, the main bud sites have very little leaf material to trim away.
The photo that you posted meets none of these criteria.
Also, keep in mind the date, it is only 9/4. Unless you are growing autoflowering strains, most plants are not ready till mid september (thats the earliest Ive ever seen anyway)
This link shows pics of a plant that is ready to be harvest, especially the second pic:

I personally would have waited another few days or so before cutting it, but this is pretty much ready.
As far as flushing goes, are you in containers or in the ground? If in containers, just give it nothing but water the next week or two. If in the ground I would not really worry about flushing at all. Also, if you are using organics flushing is something that I personally have found to not make a difference.
Good luck, and trying getting some better pics up.
