so if i were to buy a verizon droid phone but did not pay for verizons services. would i still be able to use the app market and wifi features?

two phones im looking at in particular are..

How many times are you going to start a thread on the same subject matter?
Call radio shack or best buy or any phone manufacturers and ask them...

well i had to make it again because the first 2 were removed before anyone gave an answer.

Yes you can use apps and marketplace and shit without the phone being activated....and dude seriously try using google before u ask a question
