I'm sure the best orders have been filled wholesale wise. Now it's going to be just refill what sells.

PLUS as consumers get the idea that this legal stuff is lackluster at best ....more decline in sales will occur. Then with MORE Lp's coming online, this also equals a smaller slice of pie for those in it.

Yup, I was looking at my 4 plants and thought growing a bunch of autoflowers would give me a better yield in the same amount of time, so I finally decided to apply for a medical license. Last time I applied, Health Canada claimed my medical document wasn't valid.

I started with a 3gpd script two years ago, now it's 8gpd, that's a lot of plants. We like variety

I'm presently growing three strains, 4 plants only. My prescription is 8g/day as well, but I'm seeing a different doctor for a grow license. I'll probably split my plant count between indoors and outdoors. I want to be able to clone photoperiod plants and pollinate autoflowering plants so I don't have to buy seeds. It took me a while to acquire the genetics I have, so I don't want to lose them.

That's why I'm getting the license. Trying to manage with 4 plants is too much of a pain. I ended up going with 4 photoperiod plants to maximize yield, but I'd rather be growing a bunch of autoflowering plants right now.

I simply wouldn't have enough meds to last until my next crop if I lost a plant ...and I'm tired of paying for my meds in spite of the fact that I'm covered by two insurance plans. Consequently, being forced to wait for four to six months before I get to consume my own meds represents thousands of dollars in out of pocket expenses for me.

That's really why the government set the 4 plant limit. They could have gone with any number, but they wanted to be sure patients would still have to deal with their gate keeper (i.e Health Canada) in order to grow and maintain a medical garden, thus ensuring that as many of us patients as possible would be forced to remain captive consumers of LP weed.

My registration is still for 4gpd, indoor, but when I reregister it will be 8gpd indoor/out door and the same goes for the wife. 60 in 16 outdoor between the two of us I think

I'm not from Canada but I am interested so I've been reading this thread. If I know whats happening there I can protect Oklahoma better. They haven't come down with the final regulations yet.

I am curious about gpd, 4gpd, 8gpd... Does that mean grams per day? Does that mean they are telling you how much meds you need or how much you can grow?

Hate to ask dumb questions but if I don't I won't know.

Rec user can grow 4, med users can grow 5 indoor or 2 outdoor per gram per day (gpd). So with my 5 gram script I can grow 25 plants. It is confusing so we can hold off labeling your question as dumb.

In Ontario they are going to sell it gangubsters. LPS and store fronts. I heard they have a 3 week backlog from day 1 of orders.

It will be interesting to see how it goes by 1/4 going in 2019.

Hydro stores must be doing really good business too. When some of them find out its not as simple as watering a weed they will fubar it up and then go back to the LPS. So many variables.

Nope I deal with some of the larger places in GTA and know the owners, big guys shutting down and new people buying t5s, clone tray and a bail of promix. Online for the rest.

The only thing I see in a LP is investment opportunity. A few good buys out there right now. Do I support LPs? Nope. Do I think they will grow as suppliers? Yup.

Good luck...because the BM is going to kick their asses. It's already happening. Their best days were last week.
Watch as they propose to come after guys when they see they are losing. They're only giddy temporarily.

If the Conservatives get back in the next election everything will be back in the courts again as they've vowed to reset the rules. No home growing and maybe even for med growers.

I was all set to finally file to legally grow my nice new 12g/day scrip but now I'm thinking to hold back on that and just stay in the closet. Safe and warm in there and nobody has bothered me for the last 17 years I've been growing whatever I want in there so why stick my head out to get it chopped off.

Like usual with the gov't running things it's another big clusterf**k.

The Bm will be blamed for their failure. That's a shame as it's only partially true actually.
