I was readin' how admiral zheng he's fleets would use aquaculture to have fresh greens at sea. that gave me another crazy idea. I've tested it, and it works great for water conditioning.as an ag adviser, i have to give it away....first, you put a couple goldfish in bucket #1 with a bubble hose. read the ingredients on the goldfish food- it's fertilizer! when the water gets'dirty' transfer most of it to bucket #2 this is the ganja teawater bucket. I don't make hash, so my trim is top notch...just crumble up a handful now and then, and toss it in the dirty fishwater, and bubble it up. so what you need is: 2 5 gal. buckets 2 or 3 goldfish, fish food, ganja trim, and a double pumper fishtank aerater with hoses to both buckets. water the plants with the ganja teawater and see for yourself. it conditions the water...varmints go crazy for it. they pass up the regular varmint water for the tea water. and the plants like it even more....and to any oppositional defiants:dunce: who wanna' run me down: shut the f%#$ up!- I was right about the supplemental UV light as well!

Or: i will trade you all your trim for fresh lawn clippings.. it's all green right.. it should condition those 'varmints' just fine.

Well its not so much aquaculture but I have used water from my 240gallon tank through out my grow and have had great results. Already de-chlorinated, highly filtered, Co2 enriched, aerated water kinda made it a no brainer for me. I honestly don't let my water conditions get bad enough to measure any ammonia, nitrate, or anything for that manner so I don't know if there's much beneficial nutrients on that side of it. I'm trying to plan out how to grow directly from the top of my tank. I've done this in a crude fashion with peace lily and swiss cheese plant but never using enough light to produce bud.

know a guy who has 200 gal freshwater tank full of fish turtles frogs and plants runs a small 6 plant aeroponics using nothing but his fish tank as a res. He just maintains his water level and ph. feeds the fish and walks away. he uses totes with spayers and one pump to spray and another to pump back to tank. Im sure anyone can figure it out with out a diagram being drawn. and ill tell you what for a closet grow under two 250w hps that are ex security lights with who knows how old the bulbs are in a homemade cool tube using round pyrex bread tubes his shit is some of the best around.

theres a local hydro store who has kois and gold fish in a large 4x4' plastic drum, it was cut it half but it stands around 3' tall. then on top of that seperated by a metal setup, theres a 4x4' botanicare tray that is flooded from the little pond. the spinach and other lettuce plants look ok, but i dunno if the fishy water is strong enough nutriotionaly
