Under US law and Bucky's own statements, yes it does. Paying taxes to keep Bucky away from the public makes a lot of sense.

Even non violent crime causes harm. Suppose you woke up one morning and your car was stolen? Suppose some one picked your pocket? I don't think you can excuse crime solely because its non violent.

Just pointing out that crime doesn't have to be violent to be criminal. Stealing power is non violent, too. Dumbass Bucky always tries to "edit" others words. He can't argue with what one says, so he distorts ones statements into something else entirely, and then tries to argue that. He seems to think he is somehow accomplishing something. Over compensating for his impotence or something.

I get what your saying, there are many non violent crimes who do harm to many. Like when a company cooks the books then folds leaving investors and employees holding the bag. Stealing power effects everyone's bill that is paying the utility. It's just from what I have seen growing pot doesn't hurt anyone.

He and I discussed it a bit via PM. As he said in another post, you're just a troll. As I have been told before, "one must not feed the trolls". Trolls make outlandish, disrespectful claims purely for the evil entertainment of it. Most of us troll a little bit, me and FDD included, but it takes a truly demented individual to do it day after day without let up and with no interspersion of actual discussion.
