repeat that shit as often as you like.

serfs were also not teakettles which ARE chattel.

chattel are defined as moveable property, which serfs were not, because they were IMMOBILE PROPERTY. their status as PROPERTY made them slaves, while their IMMOBILITY did not free them from bondage you dolt.

serfdom was hereditary bondage, and a modified form of slavery. that is all. your inability to grasp this simple concept is proof that you are a MORON!
Actually, serfs were not chattel, by definition.

Actually, serfs were not chattel, by definition.
by this same illogical line of "thinking" (which is an extremely charitable characterization) poor people are also not chattel, so poverty too is VOLUNTARY.

serfdom is a HEREDITARY CONDITION, you are born a serf, and unless you are manumitted, escape or are elevated to villainhood, you will DIE a serf, working the same land your forefathers worked, under whichever feudal lord currently controls the fiefdom.

it is NOT voluntary by any stretch of the imagination.

most people dont have to have this explained in such excruciating detail, nor so often, but i guess you are just voluntarily ignorant.

You said it already did. You make 125k a year. Poor poor you. Capitalism has been so cruel.

I see "capitalism" as an interesting term and try to distinguish it from the "free market", as I don't think they are always interchangeable.

Often crony capitalism (the kind of ahem "capitalism" that frequently exists in the USA now) can be cruel as it uses governmental force to aid select businesses.

I think that any vestigial "free market" activity that is left is what brings prosperity and importantly fairness to all potential providers and consumers of what a given market has to offer. So I'd say, we need less (crony) capitalism and more free market.

b the way, where was the history lesson here?

all i saw was a cheap talking point that ignored most political history in this nation.
Most political history in "this nation" ignores the boatload of bad and trumpets the inane, using slogans the sycophants can chant to while stroking their dicks over a Wendy's meal. By the way did I see you at the Coliseum grabbing the bread they were throwing into the crowd ?

how "special" your ignorance is..guess certain groups are destined to repeat history as they certainly are not taking lesson thereof..

Well, you do bring up a good point. Your ignorance ISN'T special, it's quite common.

You think that you can help people and bring about "good" when the first thing you throw in the stew pot is "bad". You try to mask this by adding spices, but the fact remains when you set out to run others lives, you're just using rotten meat and trying to call it beef. If you want to know "where's the beef" ? Try Wendy's, just watch where you step.
