Amount of weekly water for 12-2gal bucket ebb and flo

Hi guys noob here first time growing indoor,
I was wondering how much water do i use weekly when changing out the res. Also how often do i add water during the week. And also can you grow 12 plants under one led 2000w light i have an extra 2 600w leds in case pls looking for some sage advise
