Not sure when to start using nutes, any ideas? And i am itching to fire up the 150w hps, i am jut afraid of roasting the little girl. What do you think?

Wiat till those second leaves are out and go to like 400ppm. They don't need a lot of light at that age just some. I'd leave it under cfls a week,

you should wait for nutes, thats really small. it will probably have a hard time. get those lights a little closer, perhaps

I don't have a ppm meter due to lack of funds, but if i wait until she has 4 true leaves that are more developed i should be cool to start 1/4 strength nutrients...? I have been using tap water that has been through a Brita Filter and let stand, and ph'ed to 5.8.
