Am I overwatering?

My plants are drooping pretty bad. I'm using roots organics soil with just a layer of perlite at the top to ward off gnats or anything. I wait a week or more to water usually and when I do I get the soil pretty soaked but don't usually see runoff. It's been 5 days since I last watered. How much water should I give the plants when I water? 6oz, 8oz, half a gallon...?

You should be seeing run off. I assume you are watering somewhere around a gallon each time?

Oh ok no I've been using like a half gallon or less

Should I water now until I see runoff? Or let the medium get dryer

If its been 5 days the soil should be dry.

When you say dry do you mean i should feel no moisture?

Those are very large pots for pretty small plants. The problem your going to have is if you feed till you get run off it's going to take a long while for the plants to absorb all the water out of the pots as they haven't developed the necessary root mass. You should gradually increase the size of your pots instead of going to something so big so quickly

over feeding, looks like they are clawing to mon.

I transplanted them hopefully it helps. I don't think it's over feeding I've been watering with RO water and recharge nothing else.
