Can someone help me out and tell me with their experience if I have enough room? If not what are my options?

I think you will be fine, and your co2 should be pumped to the top of your grow and flow down on your plants not pumped to the base as co2 is heavier than 02.

me two ive seen wall to wall of plants you actually look like you got a little room.

Cool I'll see if I can move it but with all the air circulation I doubt it will matter much.
