am i flowering too early?

whats going on guys? I have:

-1 plant (larger mother in a 3gal pot) in a closet flowering under a 150w hps with 2 fans blowing under the bulb for ventilation using a little lst.

-6 clones vegging under a 400w mh/hps in a 2x4x7 tent. the clones have been rooted and vegging for 2 weeks and topped once. one plant (the top row, middle plant) didn't top correctly. the right shoot is growing fine while the other one is slower growth. any advice on what to do?

all the others were topped correctly. Due to a time constraint, i really need to flower now... am i flowering the clones too early? will they stop growing foilage once i start flowering and be too small? or will it keep growing a little? I know they nearly double in size, but I dont want to flower too early. also, do either of these grows look like scrog could be applied? should i lst on clones? any advice would be appreciated. thanks.

I would give them 1 more week to get a little bigger. These are indicas right?

i was told they were sour diesel. idk about the genetics of it or the breeder of it, but it looks more like sativa. the leaves are skinnier and longer. i wanna keep them shorter if at all possible. my last grow i vegged for too long and the plants were too tall. i guess lst a bit... would either grow be able to be scrogged or not enough vegging?
