Am I flowering the right way!? Growing 3 cuts of OG, Blue dream, 1 GDP and 1 Jack

So I switched to flower, one month ago on 4/4/2011
Maybe 2 to 3 weeks in to flower i took out the 100w hps and put in a vertical 400w hps.

I'm seeing some pretty nice nugs, mainly from the sativa so far, but the nugs on all the plants are between 1 inch to 3 inches max and between one inches and two inches max in girth.
The og's are kinda premature looking....I'm in FFOF mixed with hydroton and some recycled bottles media...using Aqua flores mixed with unofficial Fat Flower mix.

How big SHOULD the nugs be by this point? Am I right on track or could i be doing better?

After one month is there a bigger stretch or has the majority of growing been done?

Any experienced Skywalker, Platinum and SFV OG growers please help.

all plants will act different along with the environment they are in. it sounds like you are on track. on average most of the stretch is over after 2 weeks of flowering. they will start to fatten up around half way through. at about 3/4 of the way they will get a short growth spurt then they will start to change appearance, more crystal,getting darker and heavier nugs. the main thing is to not harvest too soon and be patient.

times for this to happen is just an example and your results will vary.
