Am I feeding enough ?

Leaves are looking a bit dull

Been feeding bloom

1ml a litre 0-5-4. Should feed some nitrogen

Definitely need to feed more, and feed a complete nutrient. Look into Jack's a&b, Megacrop, or Maxibloom. What are your watering practices like?
 
Cannabis doesn't use much nitrogen in flower but it still uses some. It looks droopy tho which is more of a concern.

Check your PPMs man. Get a meter. It’s worth it. A good baseline is 1000PPM. Let them eat and replenish to 1000PPM. Some are more sensitive so try 800 PPM. Some eat more so push 1200 but watch for salt buildup. Feed water feed if feeding high PPM.
