Altitude- does it influence my grow?

I'm located nearly 10,000 feet up. I'm wondering if this affects how much dissolved oxygen my water can hold. Does "thin" air also contain less CO2 than sea level air?

CO2 is evenly distributed throughout the atmosphere. The thin air does cause low humidity which can be a plus. More than likely at 10k (I live at 7k) your humidity is 15%? I believed the dissolved oxygen water holds is dependent on the temperature of your reservoir, not the altitude.
