Been about fours days since my last update and i decided to top my girl. Looking sweet man. How are you liking the hempys? How large a final pot are you going with? Some people, if they are using a larger size pot like to bog the first pot into the larger pot. Simply cut the bottom off the cups and put them in the middle of your new pots and fill with perlite. I've never done it but seen alot of people who run hempys do so with great results.

Anyway looks like your plants are loving the hempy. Subbed up

thanks for sticking around, i'm digging the hempy's really easy just water with some runoff when their light everything else is just bend and watch. my final pot size is a 2.5 gallon bucket, not sure yet how im going to transplant but ill look into what your saying. first though how would the side roots grow if i leave it in the cup i know the roots would grow down but then what about the sides? just a thought.

Transplanting is a no brainer with Hempy's.. Just water them a little, then slide your hand over the top of the cup so the stem is between your fingers, and tip the cup over into your hand. You will have to squeeze gently around the cup to loosen the perlite, but it will drop out of the cup and into your hand, IN-TACT,, Then just place it into the new Bucket and backfill.. Then water daily until your roots hit the res.

The roots will fill the entire cups column,, You will see when you transplant what they look like.

Also,, I know people like to really baby their roots, but I have found them to be quite resilient and able to deal with a little messing with. I guess what I am trying to say, is don't worry too much about bumming the plant out cause you rubbed the roots against a little perlite.

I am loving Hempy's too,, Just started flowering 18 clones in 2 Liter Hempy bottles :-P

Good luck!!!
