Almost ready to start flush?

Hi, me again! another silly question, struggling to find out if these are ready to flush or still got a couple of weeks left. any advice would be appreciated!

Can't see any amber trichomes yet, and not sure if they are actually cloudy or just starting.

They look like they need more time. Calyces have yet to swell.

Also...how long you gonna flush?

The trichome picture wasn't good enough for us to see clearly...but as long as you can get a good glimpse...then let that be your guide. You could start flush now...and extend it if need be.

Would waiting for the very first few amber ones make for a good time , or is that a tad late?

but I chop at 10% amber

It doesn't save a bad grow,too many nutes can't be flushed away.Feed only what the plant needs ,no more.

It doesn't matter how much water you run them through, you can't wash out what is already in. And whats the point of putting all the nutes in it and then washing them out?

leaching/flushing isn't just for buildup of crystals/deposits after weeks of tap water but also to reset ph

why would one care if another flushes or not?

the whole anti-flushing thing is because Foxfarm (and other crap companies) want one to spend a small fortune on additives (that aren't even organic) and feed em on a schedule...

well if you are flushing then that's at least a week of crap additive they can't sell you..(plus one's after)

and the reason these guys get so upset about flushing (like anyone really cares who flushes and who doesn't) is because if I'm right and they are wrong then...

that means they were stupid enough to spend a small fortune on an additive feeding schedule that actually ruins their pot by late feeding, often no amber trichs, (so never reaches maturity), and tastes like crap

because they so dumb they need a, "schedule program", to tell em when to feed, etc. LMAO

I'm only here to help others and think when I do a grow journal it makes me more attentive to my grow so I grow better pot

I really don't care if you buy into Foxfarm crap (or any other additive schedule) or if you flush or don't flush

I just heard flushing will help the weed taste better by removing excess chemical nutes from the medium and plants? , obviously i could be wrong , but it kind of makes sense to me.

Flushing is some bullshit made up of bro science. Once a plant takes up nutrients they can’t be flushed with water or any sort of magic bottled moose piss. I farm plus go to school for a degree in botany never has flushing came up. Simply learn to read your plants don’t overfeed. Don’t follow the nutrient feed schedules they only want you to use more so you buy more. Proper drying and curing is what makes weed taste and smoke properly.
