Almost harvest buds are too small

My buds on the plant thats almost ready to harvest seems kind of small, especially compared to pictures online.
Its a small 1 and a half foot plant

Strain, Gold Leaf
Light, 450watt full spectrun led
Fox farm ocean forest soil - no additives
Never fed during veg
Fed 3 times druing flower with fox farm big bloom

How far away is the light? Also a picture of the full plant and one in natural light would be useful. Small plants do usually produce smaller buds, it doesn't seem too tiny if the plant is small. Also it looks like it still has a couple of weeks left, a lot of the size can come from just the last few weeks

The plant is about 10-11 inches from the top of the canopy

How long did you veg for? Also that grow bag looks small. These things play a part in how big your buds will be.

I dont remember my growing times exactly because I was dumb and forgot to write it down, but I think it was only 1 month veg from seedling, not the first true leaves thing. And the bag is a three gallon bag, although I doubt its rootbound because the plant is really small

It could be the genetics. They might fatten up some more over the next couple of weeks though.
