Almost done but big problems

My plants are having some problems. I was wondering what I am doing wrong I am useing a UFO right now and have a 600 watt hps on the way that will be here tuesday. How much do you think I will yield off one plant? what do you think the problem with the plants are? this is the 5th week of flowering. I NEED HELP SOOOOO MUCH? this is my first time

you better start flushing with just water right away. a lot of water...make sure its R/o water...Then let them dry till the leaves are standing up..reaching for the light.

What is R/o? Is not flushing with just water my only problem?
