Almost Busted by the Landlord

no.... i live in an OLD home.... built before a/c and without insulation.... we have a large window unit that runs 24/7, and EVERYTHING is electric.... i dont understand how you can pull a $300 elec. bill for 1month.....

wait so the landlord pays the electric bill?I live in an apartment (part of an old house) and my about 2 months after I started my grow my landlord came over and said there was something wrong with the power. I told him it was a piece of sound equipment that I kept running and that I wouldnt use it any more. The funny thing was what triggered him coming over. He brought the bill which shows you the current usage for the month and then last years usage. The month of may cost $205...the previous year cost for the month of may was only $50. I got worried so I called my girl told her we had to get rid of our plants and stop growing but then I thought... Now I have been in my current place for over a year and I love the air conditioner and love T.V., video games, and computers, and I love leaving lights on I knew that there was no way the electric bill was only 50$ so I checked out the rest of the bill and found out that the 50$ charge was for 9 days of use the previous year. I was so pissed(an happy). I showed him his little mistake and told him that we'll keep an eye on our power output and to let us know month to month what it was going to be. I was very relieved. I'm now 4 days into flowering with more and more plants showing sex and im gunna pick em in a couple months and have dank buds and be high for a very long time...lol probably as high as I am now if you couldnt tell...haha. I just really wanted to share my hectic day of trying to figure out how a 400w grow op could be such a risk...WTF lol

nah bro... it was built back in the depression... the walls are tongue&groove flooring.... no insulation... i just try to save power everywhere i can. the $72 was last month.... i have since started to only run my water heater for 4hrs every 2days.... we shall see how much that saves me

uhhh......you only get "EVICTED" if you refuse to leave when the landlord says leave. No point in trying to stay and lock all the doors and shit. 5.0(the state) will just come and look at you like the fool you would be.....and then drag or taser your ass to the curb,proceed to permanently destroy your ability to rent anything NICE ever again, by putting an eviction on your record. Or you can just suck it up, grab your shit and look for a new place to lay your head. PEACE OUT!
