Well anyways, got the flowering girls into their new home. I cleaned up the flowering closest today, as well as installed my new LED panel. With the new light I now have a 6' x 2' space to play with. Very exciting. The panel is a 384w but actual draw is 180 is close to 800w total.

Don't you just love that red shag carpet? Hahaha.
It goes nice with your pretty lights ;)

What up bw!? Yeah it's been a minute. Think I lost your thread or where you're hanging out. I'm not on all the time though.

I'm doing good, just trying to get this perpetual cycle back on track after my last two just start to show signs of seeds. Bring the 8Ball Kush back.

How have you been mane?

Well I've had my Apollo 600w HPS for a few years now, with no issues. No problems at all. I've only had to replace the bulb once and I don't think they are the ones manufacturing the bulbs.

I just recently bought the Apollo Purple Sun 384w COB LED panel. So far it's working great, but it's my first grow with it and it's sitting next to my HPS so it'll be mixed results compared to growing with it a lone. Like I said though it's great so far, runs super cool, no need for extra fans and ducting. It draws at 180w. It claims to cover a 3' x 2' space, but if you are aiming for 25w per sq ft, I can see it covering more. I'm also new to LEDs so I don't have the most knowledge on them.

The company itself is great. When I recently purchased the Purple Sun panel they gave me a 3 year warranty on everything. If something goes wrong all I do is send them the panel and they'll send me back a fixed one that week. Or will send replacement parts, no questions asked, no fees or anything. I've heard great things about their customer service, which ultimately made me go with their product, and the fact that I've had my Apollo HPS for a long time now and have gone through a bunch of grows with zero issues.

Hey guys, got my new phone so I snapped some pictures.

The first two are of the Lucid X, recently moved to finish outside of the flowering closest, due to seeds starting to form. I might not get as big of harvest, and it might have some seeds, but it'll still be high quality smoke, and great for hash from what I can remember. Expecting them to finish soon, they are around 53 days from flip.

The second pictures are of the 8Ball Kush recently put into the flowering closest, now hooked up with a 384w COB LED panel that draws around 180-185w. I'm letting the 8Ball veg a bit and get use to her new 10g pot, before I flip her into flower. She is just starting to get into the net. She has only been in there for a few days now. Really impressed with the growth though, I can see the difference between the morning and night, it's insane. She is super stinky and healthy. The lights can cover 6-7 ft of horizontal space, but the net I already had made was only 4ft long, I figured she wouldn't grow out of it and will make the extension down the road when I have more plants in their and can fill that 6-7ft long space.

Grow on!

Yeah I've had good luck with the Apollo brand and it's defiantly fun getting into the leds. I can see myself switching to them fully with my flower and vegging, just from the results I see others get and the efficiency the run. I can't wait too see what the led plus hps does on one big as plant.

Thanks on the complimentsame man. I swear by the organic route. I think it's important to show that these techniques are still competing. Especially for the young generation I'm from.

Yeah the quote is from a movie. They were killing people and getting paid for it but fuck it's America. Hahah
