Learn to read, dropout

If you don't pay state and federal income taxes, you're illegitimate and a hypocrite.
You should be paying your fair share, like you preach.

You don't need a license to 1099 yourself.

Are you fucking serious. That is what a 1099 is. You fill out the 1082 when a company you work for withholds your income tax. You have to 1099 if either the company you work for doesn't take the taxes out or you are self employed. If you make under like 5k or something I don't think you have to file but that is the purpose of the 1099.

You cannot designate a worker, including yourself, as an employee or independent contractor solely by the issuance of Form W-2 or Form 1099-MISC. It does not matter whether the person works full time or part time. You use Form 1099-MISC, Miscellaneous Income (PDF) to report payments to others who are not your employees. You use Form W-2 to report wages, car allowance, and other compensation for employees.
