All red spectrum leds lights

Anybody have any experience with all red spectrum Led lights for flowering ??? I know high pressure is the way to go but i am growing in a low ceiling area and want to stay away from heat issues

You might get better help in the LED light area. There's a sticky for newbs looking into LED lighting.
