Ok, I am a new grower and have made a very stupid newb mistake and would like others to learn from this.

My clones have a few bugs, not alot but some and wanted to treat them. I have a bottle of neem oil that I decided to use.

I followed the instructions as per the bottle, I used neem oil mixed with a mild liquid soap. I sprayed a generous amount on the top and bottom of the leave. I let sit over night.

The next couple days most of my leaves are dead, dying, and crisp.

What the instructions don't say is to turn your lights off for at least 24 hours. This freakin oil totaly cooked my plants. It didn't even click in my head that this was an OIL and it woud fry my plants.

So, to all other newbs. If you are using an oil based product as a foliage spray, turn your lights off for a period of time, I would also recommend you spray your plant will plain water to get some of it off before you turn you lights back on.

Hope this helps and draws attention to my f up.

lol... any liquid on your plants leaves should be done on lights out whether its oil or water. it magnifies the light.
