Here's a pic of all this bullshit everybody keeps telling me to use:

could be dew burn stoners can consume a certain amount of mountain dew but when fed to their plants the same beneficial effects are not shared by the ungrateful plants
lay off the dew and check out cal mag for those spots

Oh god, that was funny as hell. lmfao

Looks like root rot setting in....I just went thru this awhile back....You have to do something right away....I tryed to get products for making tea but could'nt get it in time...

So this is what I did....I used H202...29%.....I mixed up the 29% at 20ml per gal....and let it bubble away for 3 hours.....pumped it out and did it again for 3 more hours....Then I cleaned all my buckets with a srubber and water...Then I flushed everything with fresh water....added bennys and fresh nutes and everything got better....and I am adding bennys every other nute change.....

I still have not used the tea....and things are still doing well....hope this help's

The bennys I used were...I will post a pic...

dude you are working your self to death with this grow i feel bad for ya. researchkitty has been right on with her advice. u must drop water level in those buckets make the roots chase the water. ive been adding a cap hydrogen peroxide to my buckets periodically, just a cap full. helps keep things nice an clean. and u dont need this special ro water shit i promise. sorry to say u will never be happy with this grow to much has gone wrong like so many of my early grows. so finish the best you can and practice using restraint from doing too much at one time. how ofthen are u changing ur water?

dude ok i just read some more of you shit stop with the cal mag shit ur going to start a lockout issue if its not a problem already. cal mag from my reasearch and experience is, it rarely is needed at the begining of veg and normally i only introduce it to mine about two weeks into flower and stay very light with it. cal mag dificeincy is when the leaf yellows normally at the top of plant first , the leaf yellows and the viens stay green. the silica is good stuff just stay light on it sometimes plants dont need a constant supply of those extras. instead try introducing it and stages and then leaving it out for a few weeks. i try to time this with growth like when flowering, buds grow in spurts about 3-4 weeks in and the last three or 4 weeks, thats when u hit them with those little extras to deal with the up kick in growth. and i change my buckets around every two weeks. if i had a res i wouldnt change buckets just res every two weeks. water is your current water temperature? try to keep it in the 60s a little less shit grow in the 60s than the 70s trust me.

Thanks for all your advice I've pretty much learned all of that past couple weeks. I cut way down on calmag and have practiced like everything else you said lol. I think my plant problems are fixed, my younger ones look great I just have this slime problem and my roots don't wanna grow. My smaller plants came back well though there are roots everywhere since I put aquashield in there. Before hand my res temps were closer to 70you but I put a hose on the intake on the air pump and put it to cold air so its 60just now. I need to fix my root problem asap - I think I got my nutrients dialed in.

You have an environment problem because a nutrient problem would have been easily fixed (a nice perk in hydro). We're lucky as a whole that this plant can grow in so many types of environments. But it grows the best in the right environment. An environment will determine the overall strength of the plant. So once you get the environment right, it's simple to grow strong healthy plants. However, it's a ton of work to keep plants alive in poor environments.

My environment is great besides the fact I can barely get my humidity above 35. Is that a real big problem? I been trying get it at 60an but the humidifier is a peice of junk.

What equipment are you using and what does great mean? If you're having problems and need help, post as much information as you can. Maybe somebody might spot another problem you have besides nutes -- which seems like you could have fixed with a first res change.

Another way to know you have an environmental problem is when something does work, but it's not long before the problem comes back.

These plants like cold water and mild temps.

I can post pics later tonight. I started in soil a couple years ago so I had my setup in my house and and built an apartment next to my house this summer. So I've got a 14x28 room to enjoy. So right now its like half a setup in my house for soil and half a set up in my apt for hydro Haha. I didn't move everything totally because I have bugs so im just cutting down on my soil plants and putting all new budding ones in the hydro room because I basically have my veg room bug free. So in my hydro room I got like a 8x8lot area with two t5 lights. One holds like 6u bulbs the other holds 4. Its always around 75.

I put a wall for my bud room is about 10x14 bout I closed it off a inch cause I only have 2a 1000 watt hps lumatek lights. I got the intake coming from the attic cause its cold then through a fan and through lights ad finally out the wall intothe over room. I got 3the soil and 3half hydro in there right now but its not on 12/12 yet. The 3what hydro are in there cause hey oil great im just waiting for the roots togrow more before I flip to 2/12

Sounds like a nice lab. 75 degrees with 60 degree res temps is what you want. In fact, spot on with my temps. I use tap water with mild nutes without much worries.

I have recently noticed best growth results ever so far by keeping my res temps down into the low 60's. Hopefully that change is what was needed for you as well.
