I've been haveing a problem with my plant produceing all flower and hardly no bud .I'm woundering what am I doing wronge

i had a plant produce leaves and no plant really at all.

Whats the difference between flower and bud? I was under the impression they are the same thing. Unless you have a male, then it will flower and make no bud.

he prob means all hairs but not filled out............

give it time, the buds will swell, looking more "bud" like.
