Alien easy feed system

Hi. I'm new to soil and have recently purchased a alien easy feed system. It's a 4 pot 16l.

I was wondering if anybody has any experience using this system. Looking for info on how often and how long you set the timer when vegging also what height the floats need to be set at?

I've heard it an excellent system to use when you know what your doing so super excited about getting stuck in.

Any info would be much appreciated ????
