Algea collection

I've attempted to ask this before in other threads but without the answers I was hoping for.

I understand the light leaks are the main cause of green algea and lack of light plus other issues cause brown algea. The only places I have possible light leaks are from my buckets in my hpa/undercurrent system and no where else. I've covered all my white pvc with light proof material. The tops of my buckets are as light proof as you can get. Yet I still have constant algea, seems brown, growing in my system.

The algea is only growing in the darkest smallest diameter spaces. If you know how a basic undercurrent is designed. From the 1" black soft rubber return line, 7' long, through the 50mic filter, then to the cooler and lastly out the waterfall into the epi center is where the algea is collecting and presumably blooming.

My question is why is the algea growing out of control in this specific area. It's not growing in any noticable amount anywhere else. What I end up doing is once a week I pour enough h202 down the out tube from the cooler to fill it all the way to the beginning of the return line. I let that sit for 10 minutes and thn run it through a filter. I know there's tons of algea because of the extreme foaming that happens from adding the h202.

Like I said I understand how these two types of algea grow but I'm confused why it's collecting only where it is.

Maybe that area is more stagnant, or warmer than every other part.

I use beneficial bacteria to control this, and it works wonders. Give it a try sometime
