Algae!

I've been meaning to transplant from these clear containers. But put it off. Some algae is growing on the bottom edges where the roots are exposed to light. Many white roots just a few affected. Will it be okay to just transplant??

yes it will be fine. Algae will die without light but it will leave dead organic material in your system. Not a big deal if you are careful and clean otherwise.
