hey...having spent 5 years of my life making the film, i'm not a big fan of torrents. at least the cbc is licensing it from me and limiting the airings. otherwise, you can buy a dvd and help support my weed habit i mean the cause by ordering one at akatommychong.com (in a smokable cellulose wrapper...)

and by the way, it is funny. it's scary, but it's funny too. i've watched the doc in audiences probably no less than 200 times and every time people HOWL with laughter. but yeah, i get it. it's scarier than it is funny-ish...

yeah. ok. thanks.

Tommy Chong, the lessor known of the infamous Cheech and Chong act, was imprisoned, (Wrongly in my estimation) for selling bongs over the internet.
[While Chong argued for community service and home detention at his sentencing, the district judge denied his requests and sentenced him to 9 months in federal prison, a fine of $20,000, forfeiture of $103,514, and the loss of all merchandise seized during the raid of his business.[8] Chong served his sentence in Taft Correctional Institution from October 8, 2003 to July 7, 2004. (from Wikipedia)]

Makes one wonder what they did with all those Bongs, eh. I'll bet a few in the company of that district judge got a bong, wanna bet?
