Got an old plant there huh? Nice!! I always get more/better bud with older plants/clones. After I read this thread, i started some of my old ak-48 seeds, lol. I have a few crosses i started too. AK-48 X Frisian dew, AK-48 X tundra, AK-48 X white russian, AK-48 X hawiian snow. all the ak-48 seeds are 3-5 yrs old and every one popped. I cant wait to see some buds and remind me how good it really was. I havent grown it for 3+ years, but when i was growing it, I loved it!!

This one was from seed and i popped it a bit too early really but i can only flower 1 or 2 plants max so i like them to be big girls :)
From seed to flipping the light was 12 weeks but i dont have a lot of height for vegging so she was topped a bunch of times too.

I took 1 cutting from her a couple of weeks before i flipped to make sure it rooted before hand and thats getting the same treatment and will be around 10 weeks old before i can flower her, pic below of the cutting before and after a trim :)

you are such a good grower bro blows me away .edit: just keep staring at the pics lol
Not really, i'm just lucky i think lol
I just do what i think will work and so far it has, i keep a close eye on the ph, i mix nutes every 2-3 days so they don't have time to go stale and don't push them either, my max is 1.4EC

I read loads and loads before i started and whatever i needed i just bought it, it cost me around £1300 to set up my cupboard but i sold most of my 1st harvest and that paid it back so now it owes me nothing and all it will cost me is a few nutes which last a good while when you only have a couple of plants :D

This time from 3 weeks into flower she will get molasses once a week as its cheap and i wanted to see if it made a difference but i haven't grown AK48 before so it was a bit stupid as i have nothing to compare it to lol :)

The before and after pic had me speechless for a sec. U removed that much from her and she still filled in like she has?!?!?!?!?!?!
If so then im off to takin clones lol

I hit my AK-48 ladies hard with molasses and they seemed to love it. One thing I have noticed every time I water my MJ with molasses (every 3rd or 4th watering) the leaves get real pointy and they perk upwards. Like almost strait up its awesome haha. These are signs of good health though.

Thanks for the tip, maybe i should up it to twice a week?
How much do you add to a gallon of feed? I've only started real light with a teaspoon per gallon.

I do about a tablespoon per gallon, every 3rd watering during flower (nutes, just water, mollasses, repeat). I also add it through veg but not as much cause its mainly just to feed the mychorrizae and beneficial bacteria since I grow organic.
