AK 48 problem

I consider myself fair grower and really i have a problem with this strain AK48
i started this plants from seeds with other strains
the first week i noticed that the AK48 looks always like i over doze it so i started to reduce the nutrition
in 6 weeks i have this plants like 5 ft high and pushy but the leafs always look over dozed and little wrinkle
i moved the plants to the budding room and always and for years my PPM is around the 1000 except the AK48 is 400 and still looking over dozed then i started to give them once plan water and the second time nutrition and still having the same problem
ANY IDEAS ?

the room is 12 ft high
temp always 78 degrees to 74
lights 1000 wt
ph between 5.5 and 6.5 always
nutrients to all plants 995 ppm but the AK between 400 to 450
i water every other day
i use floraNova line BESIDE cal-mag, greenfuse, superthive and h202 to clear the water all as directed
my harvest from most the strains between 10 to 16 ozs
but this AK48 is killing me

here there are 6 pics the first three from the budding room and the green ones from the veggie room all for AK 48 and i know its the strain not how i grow my plants so please if anyone dealt with this strain and if he can help please post
