AK 48 40th Day Flower, Should I Start Flush? How soon to chop? First Successful Grow.

near as i can tell you could maybe do a tad better than mine youre looking pretty good & the best is yet to come youve put in all this work just be patient & let nature take its course for me the final few weeks are the hardest

Dang that's very encouraging. I'm in no rush, it'll be great to watch them pack on some weight these last few weeks .. Thanks for the input man

I know it's difficult to tell but any guesses on yield? I have no idea what to expect haha

If you have 2 plants (hard to tell, good grow though I would start a flush on day 46 on one and day 53 on the other, assuming you took clones your next run you'll have dialed in. I go by the 14 day flush rule though, if you're using a flushing agent then I've wait a couple weeks.

Yep 2 plants, just LST'ed and thanks .. But yea I grew these from seed and have one White Widow and one LSD vegetating that I grew from seed as well. They will be ready to flower by the time these are done.

But yea I was thinkin of just flushing with pure RO water and maybe a little molasses too. I was thinkin starting the flush at 4/20 which would put them at about day 50.

Well you're certainly taking good care of them. You gonna have some primo bud there when she be ready.

Dude thanks for the positive feedback, that pumps me up for sure. I just got tired of buying 8ths every week haha, that sucks

I have flushe and i have not flushed and i have noticed absolutely no difference between the two whatsoever. I say to hell with flushing.

Your 2 AK-48 plants look great. Green and healthy, you should get a nice amount of quality smoke when you harvest. Great job, just be patient because you have put in some serious work. Your wait will be well rewarded!!

Thats what I was thinking, however.. You know when you light some weed and it snaps and crackles? I read that was fertilizer popping due to not flushing. I also hear that when the ash is black and not grey like it should be, then that is also due to not flushing. Idk about all that but it seems legitimate. I just want the best possible smoke ya know?

Thanks for the feedback friend! I also do bonsai, and I've learned from growing weed and bonsai that it's all about patience. I appreciate the whole experience, harvest or not. Being my first harvest though, I can't say I'm not stoked to get the final weight and smoke the fruits of my labor haha! Def much better than messin with dealers that's for sure.

Nothing is better than smoking your own grow. I felt such pride in myself because my Blue Mystic was some great smoke.
