Do you mean you swapped your pots for air pots but you used that prior ?

No i apologize. I was using regular ceramic pots before. Now i switched to to these spin outs. Roberts article is correct. I just figured you were way more experienced than I and may have already used this type/brand of pots before. But since you haven't, my question is irrelevant. I guess I'm the experimenter on this one.

Go with the aurora root pots...spin out would work great with them, they are decomposible fabric

That sounds like a good one pot experiment to try ,
umbre i love a trial/test.

Results should be phenominal with that combo...thats my next grow, and i'll be using that and a DWC system. it'll be my first personel hydro grow

Actually its recomended to use them together. A killer combo from what i hear

Spray a couple coats of spin out on the root pots and they should start to work their magic

probabally grabup 30 of the 5 gal and a bunch of the 1&3 gal for my flowers and herbs/veggies...anyways whats you guys opinion on these? are they priced right? they seem to have good reviews and handles which seems to be a nice thing to have

That is the best i have seen yet. Not comparable to air pots but for smart pots they look pretty good.

smart pots are supposed to give a much better root structure than a normal container. air pots right now are a bit too pricy for me since i need shit loads of them. they also look like they are a PITA. prob stay away from them for a bit but i def want to give the felt smart pots a try. only thing that sucks about them in my mind is transplanting, but if i dont have room to go straight into 5 gal containers they can sit in 1 gal grow bags (plastic) untill i do have room. will have to figure it out.

I'm not grasping using Aurora/spin/hydro together airpots seem spilly/high dollar am I wrong.
