So last Sunday happened, everything was good up until the evening where I began feeling some pressure up in the noggin. Didn't think much about it so I smoked a bowl to see if it would relieve it. Nothing, so I smoked another bowl. By this time my head was bumping. Monday morning I wake up with the fattets head ache. I never had a migraine so I figured that's what was going on. Smoked another bowl Monday night, didn't help. Tuesday morning, woke up and the pressure was unbearable. I was getting a little worried so I went to the ER. Turns up it wasn't a migraine. Doc stated it was sinus pressure. I do have allergies and I did get sick the week before from all the wind. But added pressure?

When I smoke in the back yard, I smoke right out in the sun. I chill, relax and take my hits. Sometimes I tilt my head and crack my neck and when I tilt my head to the left I can hear like a small whistle from the inside of my head.

But when the doc told me what it was I began to think. That whistle from inside wasn't always the case. And I would notice that the more frequent I would smoke, the longer I could hear it. Well I didn't smoke yesterday and the pressure is still there as the whistle noise. What gives? Before I smoked I never heard that or had that problem. Could I be holding my hits too long? I would surely take some fat ass rips from my bong. I would always talk shit to my bigger buddies and poke fun of their baby lungs for taking small hits. Was it a bad choice to take those monster hits and hold it in? I can't sem to think of anything else that would add to it. How else did the pressure get there? Anybody else experience anything similar before?

This shit sucks. It felt like my head was going to pop. Each time I smoked it make the pain even worse. What gives?

I'm not a doctor so please take any advice with a pinch of salt. I'd say you need to give yourself a break from smoking and specially taking fat rips with the bong. Try some steam inhalation at home with a little menthol type balm added to the water and a towel over your head.(Be careful using hot water) or else if you have access to a steam room or sauna in a gym maybe 2-3 sessions a week of about 10-15 minutes might help.

Also, maybe some light cardio might help. A few rounds of light jogging.

And last I can think about is to stay hydrated and drink plenty of water and stop smoking out in the sun. You might be dehydrating yourself which can also cause the headaches along with the fat rips.

The big bong rips are definitely effecting your head..but not by building up pressure..If you have allergies, or are effected by the pollen.etc..smoking will only exaggerate those conditions. Try taking a hot shower or breathing over a steaming pot of water..should help open the sinuses..also..hot spicy food.

Allegra D, 24 hr, I take one a day. The worst is when the pressure is behind the eyes.
