Air cooled hood for general room exaust?

i was wondering if i can use my air cooled hood hooked up to a 6 inch vortex fan as my exaust? or do i need 2 seperate fans for this? adding up 3 fans total. 1 for intake, 1 for hood, 1 for exuast.

why do you need an intake fan? is it a large room?

i was under the impression that i needed a intake fan.. now i see all i need is just i hole right. but still my question is can u use my air cooled refletor as my exaust for the room or do i need then 2 fans?

its probly best to use 2.
but you may be able to get by with one if its a good fan. i seen different setups with 1 and 2 fans.
maybe someone else can answer because i havnt used an air cooled hood yet.

ok this is wher i know whats up for sure ....i have used my aircooled as my ehaust successfully for like over 2 years .....make sure you got that intake hole tho and try to get room airtight so that air will be pulled through it

here is a pic of my system

the vent on the left aircooled hood is open so air can be expelled from room and simply goes to a squirrel cage that has another 6 inch that goes up and out of roof through vent
