na age of consent is 16 that's why they always say they are younger than 16 on dateline otherwise they are in a state that the age of consent is higher otherwise prove it and yes i would very much bone that bitch if its legal. and would still admit id like to if it were legal and so would all other straight men unless theyre really old.

Its coo, but I really would like someone to prove it is ilegal to bone a 16 year old in PA because then id know it were illegal, but so far it seems as though it is legal. I was thinking it must be 16 cause that's the age the start fucking a lot and they all want older guys at that age so if it were illegal people would constantly be breaking the law.

In the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the age of consent for sexual activity is 16. Therefore, anyone aged 16 and over can legally have sexual intercourse with an adult. If the complaintant is aged 13, 14, or 15, the defendant cannot be charged with statutory rape for having sexual intercourse with anyone that is less than four years older. Sexual intercourse with anyone age 12 or younger is automatically charged as statutory rape, regardless of the defendants age. Keep in mind that an 18 year old cannot be charged with statutory rape for having sex with a 14, 15, 16, or 17 year old but they CAN be charged with corruption of a minor or unlawful contact, regardless whether or not the sexual intercourse was consentual.

This makes it sound like you could get into some trouble, especially if her parents find out a 21 y/o man is banging their innocent 16 y/o minor daughter.

Before I got married, I always followed a simple formula for avoiding any "creepiness" of dating younger women: Your Age/2 + 7 = Min. Age to Date.

What is the point of age of consent laws then? I don't understand why they would even bother going through the process of putting a law on the books if you could automatically be charged with something else for having sex with someone under 18.

And if you follow through with this I honestly hope you do. My girlfriend had to go through the same bullshit when she was that age. No 16 year old girl is going to just fuck you and expect you to just get up and leave. You're going to cause a whole lot more problems then I think you are mature enough to understand. So if you really are 21 you need to do some serious thinking because I'm younger then you and I already have all of this figured out.
