Ag first grow some questions

I'm growing my first ag run through right now things are looking nice just sprouts right now. I was wondering if it would be ok to throw them into a flowering phase at around 8" tall I'm training them to grow low and bushy I was wondering if they'll be developed enough by this height to force flower or not. I'm not particularly worried about huge yields. I just want quality buds and I'm stealth growing so to keep them in my grow area I cannot let them get any bigger than about 16-20 inches overall height. If you could help me with this I would greatly appreciate it. They are all aerogardened in three different ag's. There are three in each I have 9 totals sprouts right now. Here's another question would the plants start sexing themselves yet. My biggest sprout looks to be growing two thin white hairs already. I may be wrong all the sprouts are between 1-4 inches tall they have been growing for about 5 days an that was after 3 days of paper towel germinating.

post a picture if you can, it will help in id'ing the sex. MJ gets about two to three times its size so keep that in mind when selecting the date for flowering. i would flower them at 6 inches. if they triple that would be a 18 inch plant which would still fit in the ag.
